i liked it pretty decently enough for what it was :o)
better sounds/music couldve improved it a little more

i really liked it but the music was really distracting- maybe some calmer (less well known) "cafe jazz" would best suit the feel of the old newspaper comic strip style? i think it'd be a nice contrast to the gags going on screen
by making that your focal point i think it'd show more confidence in your jokes/characters and make it seem less forced
otherwise keep it up! i like what you have going here! nice and simple
